Build a #140HTML tweet aggregator

Create a web page or Twitter client that displays tweets tagged with #140HTML and properly (and beautifully) interprets the HTML code contained within the tweets.

$100 goes to the first person or team who builds this reasonably well. This is a speed challenge. "Reasonably well" is defined by us, and at our discretion. Winner will be selected in 24 hours (7/9/2009 @ 3pm EST).

You'll continue to own your code. We just want to see an #140HTML twitter client / aggregator out there.
